Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services and participating in our private community. We are committed to providing high-quality mentorship, structured resources, and an elite network for our members. Because our services grant immediate access to proprietary systems, digital infrastructure, and exclusive community data, we enforce a strict yet fair refund and cancellation policy.

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your subscription.

1. Subscription Types & Refund Eligibility

A. Monthly Subscription

  • No Refunds: All payments made for the Monthly Subscription tier are 100% non-refundable.

  • Once payment is processed, you will retain full access to the platform and community until the end of your current monthly billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

B. Yearly Subscription

  • 7-Day Conditional Refund Window: Subscribers on the Yearly plan are eligible to request a full refund within the first seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase.

  • After 7 Days: Following the expiration of the initial 7-day window, the yearly fee becomes entirely non-refundable. You will maintain unrestricted access to the community and resources for the remainder of the 12-month period, and no further charges will be made.

2. How to Request a Refund (Yearly Subscribers Only)

To request a refund within your initial 7-day window, you must submit a formal request via email to our support team.

  • Email Subject Line: Refund Request - [Your Full Name]

  • Required Information: Please include the email address associated with your subscription account and your Stripe transaction/receipt ID.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day deadline will not be processed. Once approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle (monthly or yearly), you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your upcoming renewal date.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly through your account settings inside the platform or by emailing our support team at Amjedaburaya@gmail.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation."

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will not automatically renew. You will continue to have full access to the community and all implementation stages until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle, at which point your access will expire.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal compliance requirements. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.

5. Consultation Services:

All consultation fees are payable in advance.

  • Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
